I joined Mustafa Prize Group as a Digital Illustrator, creating illustrations for the organization's publications. As our collaboration grew, my responsibilities expanded to include infographic design, poster design, and stationery design for the group's latest Grand Gathering of Scientists.

Designed visual content and communication materials including LinkedIn posts, campaign posters, announcements, and presentation decks. Collaborated on creating consistent and engaging visual assets aligned with the brand’s communication goals.

As a Happiness Manager, I was responsible for designing and managing initiatives that enhanced employee experience and strengthened workplace culture. My role included planning internal and external company events, designing and managing employee gifting experiences, coordinating purchases related to workplace satisfaction, and creating an internal communication platform on Microsoft Teams where employees could easily access organizational learning materials, company guidelines, and shared memories. Through these experiences, I developed a deeper understanding of human-centered approaches, engagement, and the impact of thoughtful experiences on organizational well-being.

My time at Abron Design Studio in Tallinn, Estonia, was a meaningful step in my design journey. I contributed to branding projects with a focus on packaging design and logo development. Working within a professional creative team for the first time taught me the value of collaboration, feedback, and shared creative thinking.

2020-2022
From 2020 to 2022, I focused on developing my skills while exploring different creative paths. During this time, I also experimented with starting my own illustration business, creating and selling stickers through an Instagram page that is still available today.
I eventually decided not to continue with the business. At the time, I felt I knew more about making stickers than I did about using them, which made me question whether people had a reason to buy them. Looking back, I think I would be much prouder of myself today for having started a business at 23, regardless of where it eventually led.
2017-2019
Mid-level Graphic Designer
From 2017 to 2019, I was involved in volunteer and community-based activities with Imam Ali Popular Students Relief Society in Iran. From 2019 to 2020, I began my professional journey in graphic design as a Junior Graphic Designer at a flexible packaging printing company, gaining hands-on experience in the printing and production process.
Early Career
